Sacred Spiral Circle

When we lived in villages, women shared their stories around the water well or fire. and witnessed one another’s experiences in community. Today, we are often living our lives in isolation, leaving little space for the deeper truths of womanhood to be witnessed and integrated.

This is what inspired the Sacred Spiral Circle: An evening of somatic self-care led by Emily Bayus of Rooted Within

Come gather with us in the Womb Room as we spiral into the wisdom of our bodies.

We will share intentions + reflect on the spiraling rhythms of Earth and Moon before settling into our practice. Weaving together breathwork, meditation + guided self-massage (abdominal area) the intention is to ground into the wisdom of our bodies and honor our wombs as portals for deep connection to Self + Life + Earth 🌹
