Yoga for Women Support Circle

Join Ana Paliza-Brown of Root and Rise Louisville for a Therapeutic Yoga class designed to support deep healing and offer tools you can carry with you off the mat.

Part women's circle, part yoga class, this 7-month series follows the path of the seven chakras. Each month, we’ll explore the main qualities of one chakra, starting by sharing how we're each feeling around them, then we'll move through a series of  postures, mudras (hand gestures), breathing practices, and yoga nidra—all designed to cultivate the core qualities of that energy center.
Come to one class, a few, or all seven!

In October we’ll explore our second chakra, our center of self-nourishment and creativity.

Open to women of all ages and stages, this class honors the full arc of womanhood—maiden, matriarch, wild woman, and wise woman. Together, we’ll revive the intergenerational wisdom of shared space and collective practice.

Prenatal Celebration Circle

So many women are subjected to unsolicited stories of traumatic births from the media, friends and family, and even strangers. We come together as sisters to honor the pregnant women, venerate them and bless them on their journey. We also eat delicious food, give blessings to the pregnant women, sometimes sing songs and do belly painting and more!

These gatherings are for women who have birthed in power to share stories, and for pregnant women to voice their fears without judgement and advice. If you are pregnant, come revitalize yourself as you hear power stories and create the blueprint for the future birth you are longing for. It does not matter where, how, or who you plan to birth with. All are welcome. Sign up here!

postpartum honoring circle

Inspired by Prenatal Celebration CirclesMelissa AbernathyEmily Bayus, and Ana Paliza-Brown  - members of the Full Circle Holistic and Mothertree Team!- are now offering Postpartum Honoring Circles—a tender space for new mothers to be held, witnessed, and supported in the sacred unfolding of matrescence.

This chapter of life—the threshold of becoming a mother—asks everything of us. It is powerful, vulnerable, beautiful, and often unseen. In modern culture, postpartum care often focuses only on the baby, when what is most needed is to mother the mother—to gather around her with presence, care, and reverence for what she is going through.

We are not meant to do this alone.

Postpartum Honoring Circles are a call back to community: to remind new mothers they are not alone, they are not invisible, and their experience matters. These circles offer connection, affirmation, and support in navigating the emotional, physical, and spiritual transformation of early motherhood.

This circle is open to women in the early postpartum period (within one year of giving birth) with their babies, as well as to women beyond this stage who feel called to support mothers navigating the early days of this profound transformation.

Yoga Nidra with Sound healing for Gratitude

oga Nidra with Sound Healing for Samhain
Led by Katie Martin (Attune Reiki) and Ana Paliza-Brown (Root & Rise Louisville)

Join us at The Mothertree for a deeply restorative evening as we honor the turning of the seasons at Samhain — the ancient Celtic festival marking the threshold between light and dark, life and death.

Through the practice of Yoga Nidra, Ana will gently guide you into a state of profound rest, where the body softens and the mind enters the liminal space between waking and dreaming. This practice opens the doorway to clarity, renewal, and inner stillness.

Katie will weave sound healing into the journey, using bowls, chimes, and other resonant instruments to support release and integration. The vibrations help quiet the nervous system, clear energetic blockages, and deepen your connection to the wisdom of this seasonal passage.

Together, their offerings create a sacred container for reflection, rest, and renewal as we cross into the darker half of the year.

All are welcome — come as you are, bring a mat and anything that helps you feel comfortable lying down (blanket, pillow, eye cover).

Yoga Nidra with Soundhealing for Samhain

Yoga Nidra with Sound Healing for Samhain
Led by Katie Martin (Attune Reiki) and Ana Paliza-Brown (Root & Rise Louisville)

Yoga Nidra & Sound Healing: Honoring Samhain — Healing the Witch and Sister Wound

Join us for a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing experience to honor the sacred threshold of Samhain, the Celtic New Year and time when the veil between worlds grows thin.

Through guided Yoga Nidra meditation, soothing sound frequencies, and intentional rest, we’ll journey inward to reconnect with the parts of ourselves that have been silenced or forgotten.

This practice focuses on healing the witch wound and sister wound — the generational imprints of persecution, fear, and separation that often cause us to hide our power, mistrust our intuition, or feel unsafe around other women.

You may recognize these wounds as self-doubt when expressing your truth, comparison or competition with other women, fear of being seen in your full light, or hesitancy to share your spiritual or healing gifts.

Yoga Nidra allows the body to rest while the mind gently explores the subconscious — the place where old memories, beliefs, and energetic imprints live. As you rest in the liminal state between wakefulness and sleep, the nervous system softens and deep layers of tension and fear can unwind naturally.

Sound Healing supports this process by using vibration to harmonize your energetic body, clear stagnant frequencies, and invite coherence between heart, mind, and spirit.

Together, these practices create a sacred field for release, remembrance, and renewal — helping you reclaim the wisdom, courage, and connection that have always been yours.

No experience needed. All are welcome to rest, receive, and restore.
