Yoga Nidra with Sound Bath

Join Ana Paliza-Brown of Root and Rise Louisville and Katie Martin of Attune Reiki for a deeply restorative evening designed to calm the nervous system and invite the body into profound rest. This gathering begins with a guided Yoga Nidra practice—often called “yogic sleep”—a meditative state between waking and sleeping that allows the body to release tension while the mind settles into stillness.

As you rest comfortably, the gentle tones of crystal bowls and other sound instruments will fill the space, creating a sound bath that supports deep relaxation and subtle energetic balance. The vibrations of sound help quiet mental chatter, soothe the nervous system, and guide the body into a state of restoration.

This practice is accessible to everyone. Participants simply lie down, get comfortable, and allow the body and mind to receive the experience.
