Yoga Nidra with Sound Healing for Samhain: A Restorative Journey of Release and Remembrance
Led by Katie Martin (Attune Reiki) and Ana Paliza-Brown (Root & Rise Louisville)
Join us for a deeply restorative evening of Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing as we honor the sacred threshold of Samhain — the ancient Celtic festival marking the passage between light and dark, life and death.
Through guided deep relaxation, sound frequencies, and intentional rest, we’ll journey inward to reconnect with the parts of ourselves that may have been silenced or forgotten.
This gathering invites us to tend to the witch wound and sister wound — the generational imprints of persecution, fear, and separation that can cause us to hide our power, mistrust our intuition, or feel unsafe in sisterhood. You may recognize these patterns as self-doubt when speaking your truth, comparison or competition with other women, fear of being seen in your full light, or hesitation to share your spiritual or healing gifts.
Yoga Nidra allows the body to rest while the mind gently explores the subconscious — the landscape where old memories, beliefs, and energetic imprints live. In the liminal space between wakefulness and sleep, the nervous system softens and deep layers of tension can naturally unwind.
Sound Healing deepens this process, using vibration to harmonize your energetic body, clear stagnation, and invite coherence between heart, mind, and spirit.
Together, these practices create a sacred field for release, remembrance, and renewal — helping you reclaim the wisdom, courage, and connection that have always been yours.
No prior experience is needed. All are welcome.
Please bring a yoga mat and anything that supports your comfort while lying down (blanket, pillow, eye cover).
